Do you have any pics or videos of you and your bf that you might put up soon?
I seem to always answer this! Please check my archives :)
But, as I’ve said, as of right now, I may not be posting anything that isn’t GeekGoddess. I am devoting my time (and content) for them for now. Especially if we ever decide to open a sister site for more harder stuff.
If you ever do a more hardcore sister site, I will be signing up day one. And for an eternal membership if you offer it.
I’d love for us to have a sister site for more heavier work. Be it fetish, porn, whatever. I think it might be better treated like a store as opposed to set galleries but if that day ever comes, I’m going to participate for that, too!
I like how you are not offended by that anon's question at all. You are one of the most real persons out there. Luuuuvs.
Thank you! I try to put myself in others’ positions. What I’ve found is most of the time things are just taken the wrong way. Regardless, if things are deemed “inappropriate”, it still may not be to others. You’ll never learn to talk to or deal with different personalities and speeches without giving the situation an opportunity. Sex and sexuality is not a sensitive subject to me. Never has been. I also believe it shouldn’t be something treated like a shameful secret. While there are those out there where it is, that doesn’t mean the one or the other is “wrong” in feeling or saying as such. Everybody can learn and be laid back if you take mature approaches to life.
I almost feel bad for asking this but will we ever see a cum facial pic from you?
Don’t feel bad or ashamed for asking! It’s a legitimate question! To answer it, I’m sure there will be some day. I have loved seeing the Jean Grey xxx fan art that has things like that and I’d love to recreate it. Just been a combination of haven’t gotten around to it, and that I’ve been focusing a lot of my work and attention with MyGeekGoddess.com since it’s the company I model for. We may have content like that in a sister site in the future, or I’ll just take up doing customs at some point, but for now, not yet!
Do you enjoy something a little more personal than perhaps just a signed print? How about a holiday card from one of your favorite models here at MyGeekGoddess? When you order, choose your model and she will mail you a holiday card with a personalized hand…
I don’t know why people keep accusing I’m saying “You should ONLY wear this because you’re this” or “You shouldn’t actually like or know the characters you choose because you’re this and they’re that”. That’s not my message at all.
What I’m saying, aside like and do whomever, was this was directed towards those of whatever race who actively state that there is not enough diversity in comics, etc. When there is. They are just obscure and not popular (which, there isn’t anything WRONG with trendy costumes, as I have a few under my belt, too. Just in the last 2 years, I feel like I have seen the same ones over and over in a scene that’s exponentially growing. Which dampens my impression on the community interest). And since I actively read and game, I always come across obscure characters of other races, and take it on to let those people [AGAIN, WHO WANT MORE DIVERSITY. THIS IS NOT TO EVERYBODY WHO’S NOT WHITE] know about a character I come across. ESPECIALLY when it looks awesome or the character is awesome.
Example: I am not saying all black women should only wear Storm (you think of that first, because IT’S POPULAR). I am not saying that all Asian women should only be Psylocke (you think of that first, because IT’S POPULAR). But, something like “Hey girl, just read Angela’s mini series. You haven’t read that? You should. You should do Anahita.” But, something like “Hey girl, just read Angela’s mini series. You haven’t read that? You should. You should do Kuan Yin.”
With my comparison on me being tall, that is something I can’t fix, but I love it when a character I want to do is already tall, because then I feel my advantage of pulling it off and conveying who the character is, increases. Will you ever see me do someone like… Chibiusa? No. lol But that’s my personal preference. I am NOT saying tall people shouldn’t or can’t do Chibiusa. Nor am I saying I don’t like Chibiusa or other tall people shouldn’t or don’t like her, just because she’s tiny.
That very statement applies to everything I’ve said. I am never ever saying what NOT to do, wear, like. Ever. Costuming and cosplaying is all about expression and art at the end of the day. Which is subjective.
The OP was just promoting racial diversity in costume choice.
Hey sorry to ask another question so soon but do you know if any other models at geek geodes shave tumblrs that you follow oh also sorry about the hair question I did a month or so ago I was very self conscious these past years and I thought people only saw my messed up hair so sorry for that question
Yes! There is a nice chunk of us who have Tumblr! Here are some off the top of my head! Thank you for your support!
As a member of the Society for Creative Anachronism I must tell you that I look upon good cosplay with great admiration (I've built armour & sewed gambesons. I know the pain). So I got to ask an experienced person such as yourself: Maille- Always super awesome, or just plain awesome?
I wish people wouldn’t get offended when I suggest a character to #cosplay based on race. I don’t get pissed when others suggest for me redheads, tall chicks, or small boobied characters. I just don’t take suggestions lol.
My girl Jade Rose Cosplay has NO qualms when I always say “OMG GIRL. DIS ASIAN. DO DIS ONE.” Know why? Because asians are hot, she’s hot, and it works. It introduces her into a character she doesn’t know. She goes out, gets the books/comics/game/movie, and gets started. THAT’S how to spread the word on characters and stories to support new or unknown things. That’s what’s up.
To me it just also adds to accuracy and that’s the primary inspiration why *I* costume. Doesn’t have to be yours, but damn don’t get so offended at shit. To me, it honestly brings attention to characters who don’t get much light BECAUSE of their race. People bark about ‘wanting more races’ in things, yet bitch when somebody suggests one to cosplay. #makeupyourmind
I just wish people would stop cosplaying the same shit over and over. Stop following trends, get more in depth into story arcs, discover more. Read more, play more, support the artists who are creating these characters.
Do I care for those who suit up as races that is not theirs? Hell no. Do you. I don’t care. What I’m saying is, if you want other races to become more popular, then start paying attention to shit. Because they are there and they are not hiding. ALL KINDS.
With Black Friday coming up, and for those already asking for Christmas shopping, let me go ahead and shamelessly plug ALL of my Amazon Wishlists for you! I have a shit ton of stuff across them all so you can’t go wrong with any of it! For GG Members asking as well; here you go!
If you want to purchase something that’s third party and won’t let you order thru Amazon, send all gifts to: PO Box 1015 Elmhurst, IL 60126
You know, it’s completely crazy the shit I see some fans and followers say on chick cosplayer pages…
It certainly makes me appreciate mine more and more, I can tell you that. *wi-fives*
But what blows my mind, is that you CAN see ME nude and CAN purchase nude prints from ME and many others in the scene, yet we don’t get rude comments at all. I personally barely get trollers in general.
Other cosplayer broads clearly DO NOT do that and never WILL, so why do fans ask, poke and pry to get such content? Even more so when it’s a cosplayer who doesn’t even primarily do ‘sexy’ costumes in the first place? (Not that you should use that as an assumption, but it’s a big indicator otherwise)
Just because some of us get naked, doesn’t mean we all do.
Just because some of us do ‘sexy versions’ or ‘sexy male versions’ or costumes, doesn’t mean we all do.
We all do things in this scene differently and to our own preferences, interests and comforts. It is the (wishful) responsibility of the viewer or follower to acknowledge the (clearly easily accessed) information in front of [your] face to determine the type of cosplayer you are following. There are bio sections for a reason. Instead of just being attracted to photos, utilize your resources and dissect that shit.
Don’t care to “get to know” the cosplayer you’re following? Then you essentially have no right to ask of them ANYTHING. They do not owe you ANYTHING.
Don’t like being called a basement dwelling mouth breather?
Don’t be a pompous wolf.
Don’t like being called a jealous bitch?
Don’t call us things we clearly aren’t (whores, sluts, etc).
i found your message really inspiring, i am happy for you you found a way to express yourself. Hope i will find it to someday ;)
Thank you. I believe that everybody has the ability to be happy in life. With themselves, with where they are. It just takes others different times to get there. Believing in yourself and moving forward to where you wish you want to be is already a thousand steps ahead. Be true to yourself and the rest comes easy :)
I just wanted to take a moment here to tell you how much it means to me that I am starting to retrieve more and more female fans and followers across all of my media pages. It’s a difficult position to be a female nude model, especially in the nerd scene. I have been met most of the time since I started, with hostility, jealousy, lies and petty drama. And all for what? It drilled into me over the years to be very held back when it came to making female friends. So much so, I’ve been called a woman hater in the past.
I have been nude modeling since I was 18, and I’m 27 now. To me, being nude, free and open with your body gives a overwhelming feeling of power, control, confidence and strength. Courage. I’ve been doing it for so long that it’s so carefree to me. I wish more women were confident in themselves, in their bodies, no matter what the size or color. Being openly sexual is never anything to be ashamed about. It’s healthy, it’s human, and it certainly builds happiness and beats depression.
I grew up with a rough life. I wasn’t bullied, in fact school was some of the best years of my life, but my personal life at home was not pretty. When I became legal at 18, I jumped right into this. My very first photoshoot ever I got naked. It’s something that broke all my sadness, and replaced it with the personality you see in me today. While growing up I was always outgoing and never shy, it still was something I never had done before. I lost my virginity at 18, came out being bi at 18, living in a town with a church around every corner. It’s been frustrating, living in a country that’s heavily conservative, yet totally into this shit behind closed doors. Even how it’s illegal in most states still to be topless in public. The difference between a lot of us, is that I just took my door down. I have nothing to hide and I believe sexuality isn’t anything TO hide.
It doesn’t make me less of a person, less of a woman. Doesn’t mean I lack self-respect. Doesn’t mean I’m a whore, slut, or whatever illogical insult I’ve been called for years just because I get naked. Doesn’t mean I cheat on my significant others, doesn’t mean I fuck anything that moves.
I don’t know what I have done differently to earn more respect and admiration from women, but I can tell you that it warms my heart and calms my innards that more are becoming accepting of it and proud. That I don’t “ruin” #cosplay because of what I do. Even more so that there are those who ask me how they can get into it!
Thank you so much! I didn’t like how I did my makeup when I premiered it, but I definitely did it better in my GG set.
Not sure when or if I’ll wear her again, but it’s one of my bests! I paid a lot of attention to detail!
